re:pixel (pxl.party) is a shared pixel-art site run by the owner of pxl.party. By creating an account or painting, you agree to these terms, to the Community rules and to how we handle data in Privacy & cookies. Questions: the site owner, through our Discord server.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 13, and old enough in your country to use an online service like this without a parent’s permission, or have that permission. Each person may have one account, unless staff agree otherwise. You are responsible for what happens through your account and for keeping your sign-in provider secure.

Your art and messages

What you paint or write stays yours. So that the site can work, you allow us to store, show, copy and share it worldwide and free of charge, on the site and in things that show the site’s activity, such as canvases, Replay, exports, chat and our Discord server. This permission continues for art others have built on and for records we need to keep, but you can ask us to remove content from public view. Only post what you have the right to post.

Canvases are shared. On open canvases others can paint over your work, canvases can change or disappear, and we do not promise to keep any artwork.

Fair use

Follow the Community rules. Do not use bots or unauthorized automation, use extra accounts to get around limits or moderation, attack or overload the site, or exploit bugs. Do not reverse engineer the site’s code to build or hide cheats or automation. Tools the site offers, such as Auto-paint, are allowed within their limits. Please report security problems privately to staff.

Moderation

We may remove content, limit what an account can do, or suspend or ban an account when these terms or the rules are broken, or to protect the site and its players. When we restrict you or your content, we tell you what we did and why unless the law or safety prevents it, and you can contest it by writing to the site owner, through our Discord server. To report illegal content, use the report tools on the site or write to the same address.

Gold, ink drops and items

Gold, ink drops, items and other extras have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the site, except where the site offers it. New accounts may get complimentary Gold for a limited time; it ends by itself and costs nothing. These features can change, and may be removed from an account that breaks these terms. Payments are not offered yet. If they are, the terms of purchase, including any right to cancel, will be shown before you buy.

The service

re:pixel is provided as it is, and it may change, go down or lose data. We may change or stop any part of it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer, and we remain responsible where the law says we cannot exclude responsibility. Otherwise, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for what other players post.

Closing your account

You can stop using the site at any time and can ask us to delete your account by writing to the site owner, through our Discord server. Art already on shared canvases may stay there without your name.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above; for important changes we will tell players on the site, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept them. If there is a dispute, please contact us first. You may also use the courts where you live.
